In our new world of work, many of us who serve in a CMO or VP Marketing role are torn between the stability and pay of a full-time position and the flexibility and potential to make more money as a fractional CMO.
There are many concerns about adopting this model, such as:
How can I make sure business is always there for me?
What if I don't possess the right expertise?
I'm good at being a CMO, but not at selling myself as an expert
Won't I get burned out by working with several different companies?
Will I make more or less as a fractional CMO?
Will I be more or less fulfilled in the work I do?
